SYSTEMS MAINTENANCE

The economic yields of photovoltaic systems entered into the "Energy Tariff" or simply into self-consumption are considerable, but to ensure that these yields give the expected profit in a long-term investment, the planning of a series of maintenance and maintenance operations becomes of fundamental importance. checks that keep efficiency constant over time to guarantee an economic return that could otherwise be reduced from 7% to 15% over the years.

Personalization
Sinergi S.r.l. offers a series of "package" solutions from the simplest to the most complex which can be customized by the owners of photovoltaic systems based on the needs encountered.
Any maintenance services chosen or customized will be economically evaluated for each request based on the location, accessibility, type and size of the photovoltaic system subject to the maintenance service. In this regard, once the desired services have been selected, the owner of the system will receive a personalized contract proposal with the related annual financial calculation.

Types of Service

1. Check
It is the visual inspection service on the state and cleanliness of the modules, on the tightening of the structures and fixing of the modules to them, on any string boxes and external components, on all the wiring and connections in the external sections from the generator (modules) to the meter of the photovoltaic system.
2. Clean
This service involves checking the deposits of dust and other obscuring substances on the modules and cleaning them using specific detergent products or via a controlled jet of water (based on the different characteristics of the system and modules).
3. Test
If the system is not equipped with a monitoring and analysis system, it involves a series of electrical tests using instruments which report the producibility, functioning and efficiency indices of all the electronic parts of the photovoltaic system, comparing the resulting values every year.
4. Inverter
It involves a check and cleaning operation on the inverter group or groups with verification and replacement of any filters or cooling fans and wear parts. During the control phase, any historical alarms and the yield values of the machines are verified.
5. GSE
It provides for the annual management of all relationships between the owner of the photovoltaic system and the GSE, the AEEG, ENEL and the Customs Agency.
6. Remote Control
It provides the possibility of remote connection of one of our technicians to a system set up on the photovoltaic system at any time. The methods of assistance and the periodic control and alarm verification program are defined in the contract.
